lol I'm like the queen of leg cramps after 30 weeks, 40 weeks, which I am today, I woke in the morning and I could not move my right leg! Always in my right leg, for some reason. I cry for almost 5 minutes every morning trying to put them around the leg position, relax very painful. They told me to take more calcium and potassium, and calcium and bananas, my homework help, but not a big difference. I guess it just depends on how I sleep like str8 leg or not. I know that sleeping on our left, as is believed to sleep and for some reason makes me draw the legs, but last night I was with them str8 and I woke up with it!

I have in my first pregnancy, but didin't saw my last. I drank lots of water and eat bananas. Water is more important. His muscles cramp when they are dehydrated. In addition, extended leg and flex your foot. This will go faster. Sometimes you have to stand and put some pressure on them. But if you must drink water you. Take care Good luck!

My wife is 6 months pregnant with our first child. Often, leg cramps, usually while we both try to sleep, to which he has. I massaged him until the spasms, or otherwise, if I'm at work, to run a hot bath. The hot water seems to alleviate much suffering.

Good luck and best wishes for you and your unborn baby!

yup, all the time, usually caused by a lack of calcium, potassium and dehydration and if to stretch and move around, but make sure you eat well and drink plenty of water to prevent them.

They're terrible! I found nothing that prevents you drink plenty of water and milk! But I delete and massage, while in the bathtub. Pain is the whole day, even if

In the context of a lack of calcium. As a rule, they were in the morning when I lie down, so I not only learned to stretch when waking up.
